Taman Tamadun Islam
In the last year, I spent a few days in Kuala Terengganu with my Lecturer and my friends. The second day of this trip we went to Taman Tamadun Islam. It was located in Wan Man Island in Kuala Terengganu, and it is the most significant monument park ever built in this region, housing 21 replicas of historical monuments and mosques from all over the world. Although this trip is second time that I came Taman Tamadun Islam, but I was excited and glad to visit here again. I arrived at there in the morning time with a drizzle rain. We received a warm welcome and friendly. Firstly, we got on the train that prepared for tourists to visit a housing 21 replicas of historical monuments and mosques (masjid) from all over the world. Before we get to visit the model masjids, they will give us watching videos to know the history about each place and some of which have to visit the museum. While we entrain, we joyfully were taking photos. So cool! After we got the train to saw the places, we began enjoy walking to visit the model masjids that we have not visited. Even though, it has 21 places that were build but we had not visited all because we have not enough time. But there are two places that I most impressed among there; first, the Kubbah As-Sakhrah, Baitu Muqqaddis from Palestin because we can visited that place inside; it was build like the real model. Second, The place of Al-Hambra, Granada, Spain, I like its wall; it was the high wall. When I climbed on their, I felt like I be in war that being look at the enemy and I imagined that; this is just the place model; it is so high if the real place how long is it high? When the afternoon coming, we join to have lunch together before we walking went to Masjid Kriskal. We prayed and took photos. Then, we bake to hotel.
